Belt of Monkey Mischief

This belt has a lifelike monkey tail at the back (don't worry if you already have a tail, it sits comfortably on top). The tail is prehensile, and you can direct it to do things like hide in your pants, grab nearby objects, and even attack or defend… as long as you maintain concentration on it. If your attention wanders, however, the tail is animated by the spirit of a simian prankster, and will attempt to cause mischief however it can - lacking any vases to push over or bottoms to slap, its favourite activity is reaching around and helping you masturbate at inopportune times.
